Cancellation Policy
We may start to prepare the food as soon as the order is placed. So, please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel any order placed. In case if delay, you have to pay for your order in full.

Allergen-free or gluten-free products
Haveli Indian Restaurant and Sweets will endeavour to provide allergen-free or gluten-free food if requested by you, subject to availability. However, traces of allergens or gluten may be unintentionally present in food due to cross-contamination during the food making process. We cannot guarantee that your order will be 100% allergen or gluten free.
Haveli Indian Restaurant and Sweets will not be liable for any costs, fees, claims, damages, charges, medical or dental costs if a customer has any adverse reaction (including dental damage) to a product sold through Haveli Indian Restaurant and Sweets.

Vegetarian products
Haveli Indian Restaurant and Sweets will endeavour to provide meat free products if requested by you, but traces of meat may be unintentionally present in food due to cross-contamination during the food making process. We cannot guarantee that all vegetarian products will be 100% meat free.
 
Dairy products
Haveli Indian Restaurant and Sweets cannot guarantee that all products are dairy free. There may be traces of dairy in various products used.
